Dr. Yang Hongshun is currently an Assistant Professor in National University of Singapore, Food Science and Technology Programme. He holds a PhD degree in Food Science from University of Minnesota and a PhD degree in Refrigeration and Cryogenics Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University (China). His research focuses mainly on sustainable food processing and safety engineering.
